《罪惡王冠》是一款改編自日本同名動畫的動作RPG手機遊戲，遊戲為日本Aniplex公司正版授權。且遊戲不論是在劇情的展開、角色的性格，或是由空洞基因組所抽出的武器，皆完美忠於原著。

故事背景講述在2029年的日本，因為天啟病毒的爆發而陷入了混亂之中，處於無政府狀態的日本，受到了超國家組織GHQ的協助並受其統治，就這樣來到2039年，主角『櫻滿集』與一名葬儀社的成員『楪祈』相遇了，因而與葬儀社而產生了關聯。在某一次的戰鬥中，意外使用了空洞基因組，獲得了可以自由從人體內抽出空洞的王之力，然而這也是他所背負的『罪惡王冠』…
